Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orcamatic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the ORCA Chrome Extension, ORCA Cloud AI routing service, and associated website at orcamatic.com.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing the ORCA extension or accessing the website and cloud endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must uninstall the extension and discontinue use immediately.

2. License & local sandboxing

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the ORCA extension for personal or internal business browser automation. You acknowledge that ORCA stores your automation profiles, element locators, conditional rules, and runtime logs locally in your browser’s session storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local device and browser environment.

3. Cloud AI subscriptions & metered balances

ORCA Cloud subscriptions ($12 Echo, $24 Wave, and $49 Deep) are metered strictly by underlying token usage, billed at real provider token cost. All paid plans unlock the same full automation feature set; tiers differ only in monthly credit allowance. Subscription billing is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

4. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use ORCA to:

• Violate applicable laws: Engage in unauthorized scraping of protected personal data, credential stuffing, DDoS attacks, or automated abuse of restricted web platforms.
• Circumvent hard security barriers: Attempt to automatically bypass physical security gates, login walls, or CAPTCHAs where explicit manual authorization or legal consent is required.
• Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the cloud routing engine, billing ledgers, or proprietary visual perception algorithms.

5. Limitation of liability

ORCA is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Because target websites frequently update their DOM structures, layouts, and security mechanisms, we do not warrant that recorded workflows will execute without interruption. In no event shall Orcamatic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the extension or cloud services.
