Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 12, 2026 · Orcamatic Labs (`orcamatic.com`)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orcamatic Labs ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the ORCA Chrome Extension, ORCA Cloud AI routing service (/api/engine), and associated website (`orcamatic.com`).

1. Acceptance & License Grant

By installing the ORCA Chrome extension, accessing /api/engine, or subscribing via our billing portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Orcamatic Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ORCA for personal or commercial browser automation.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

ORCA is a general-purpose browser automation core that simulates human interaction across `<all_urls>`. You are solely responsible for how you use ORCA. You agree not to use ORCA to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Conduct unlawful DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, or unauthorized scraping against sites where such automated access is strictly prohibited by law or enforceable technical barriers.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or malicious payloads through automated form submissions.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the exact-token credit metering system or authentication headers (/api/engine).

3. Subscriptions & Credit Metering

ORCA operates on a token-metered dollar balance model ($1 = 1,000 credits). Subscriptions (`Basic`, `Pro`, `Ultra`) automatically renew monthly via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. AI credit usage is deducted based on actual provider token counts multiplied by our `1.25×` cloud service margin. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to ORCA, including the Set-of-Marks visual planner integration, self-healing DOM algorithms (selfHeal), and user interface (`orca-extension-ui`), remain the exclusive property of Orcamatic Labs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ORCAMATIC LABS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE OR UNCHANGED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORCAMATIC LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ORCA.
