14-Day Refund Policy

ORCA is provided by Orcamatic Labs as a monthly subscription service (`Basic`, `Pro`, `Ultra` tiers) via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We want you to be 100% confident in your automation workflows.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your ORCA subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. No hard questions asked. Simply contact our support team with your Lemon Squeezy order number or billing email.

2. Fair Usage on Metered AI Balance

Because ORCA covers hard cloud GPU token costs with our enterprise cloud inference providers on your behalf, our 14-day refund policy is subject to fair usage: if an account has already consumed more than 50% of its monthly AI credit allowance (`e.g., >12,000 credits on Pro tier`) during those first 14 days before requesting a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the actual provider API token cost incurred from the refunded amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email our billing team at orcamatic@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]". Refunds are processed back to your original payment card or PayPal within 3–5 business days.
