How ORCA pricing actually works

Echo, Wave, and Deep are not task credits. They are a monthly AI dollar balance. Here is what that means and roughly what it buys.

ORCA’s paid plans — Echo ($12), Wave ($24), and Deep ($49) — are named after the sonar theme. What you actually buy each month is the same thing at three sizes: full access to ORCA’s automation features, plus a monthly AI dollar balance.

It’s a balance, not a credit system

A lot of automation tools sell credits, where the relationship between a credit and an actual task is opaque. ORCA’s balance is just dollars. Your plan includes a $12, $24, or $49 balance, and an AI-assisted task is charged exactly what the AI provider charged Orcamatic to run it. No markup. No conversion rate to figure out.

What actually spends the balance

Only tasks that use the optional AI planner touch the balance. If you are running a saved, rule-based workflow — for example, a scheduled click sequence or a saved form fill that does not need the AI to interpret the page — it does not draw on the balance at all. It never calls the AI in the first place.

When a task does use the AI planner, cost scales with how much reasoning the task needs:

  • A short, single-step task such as drafting a reply or filling one form typically costs a few cents.
  • A longer, multi-step run such as extracting a table across pages or chaining several steps together costs more, because it makes more planning calls along the way.
Echo’s $12 balance typically covers anywhere from dozens to a few hundred AI-assisted runs a month, depending on workflow complexity.

We would rather give you an honest range than a precise-sounding number we cannot guarantee for every workflow.

Choosing a tier

  • Echo ($12): A good starting point if you are automating a handful of tasks a week.
  • Wave ($24): Twice the balance, plus DOM self-healing across redesigns and advanced scheduling controls.
  • Deep ($49): For daily, heavier automation, with extended autonomous runs.
